      Admissions are open from Pre Primary to class IX.

Eligibility

Admissions are open from Pre Primary to class IX. Minimum Age required as on 31st March of the current session for each class admission is as mention in the chart.

Prospectus cum Registration Form can be obtained from the school office by paying the Registration fee 100/-. Complete Registration form needs to be submitted in the school office within the given specific time. The said Registration Fee shall be non-refundable.

There is a written assessment for children along with an interaction with parents for Grade I upwards. For all new admissions, an informal interaction of parents along with the child on the date as mentioned on child’s form is mandatory. Date of Assessment of interaction and further details would be shared at the time of registration.

No change of date’s will be entertained. However, the school deserves the right to change the date and time of interaction if needed.

Parents are requested to bring the Immunization card and original Birth Certificate of the child issued by the Municipal Corporation along with self-attested photocopies of the same during the admission process. No Changes in the date of birth will be entertained once the admission is done.

Transfer Certificates

Students who are under transfer from other schools (Including other state) must have their Transfer Certificate counter signed by the Inspector of Schools/Officer of the state concerned.

Documents

A Photocopy of the date of birth certificate of the ward issued by a competent authority at the time of admission

2 Passport size photographs of the ward and 2 each of the parents.

From Grade I on wards It is mandatory to submit the TC signed by the head of the previous school

Prospectus and registration form can be obtained from the school office y paying the requisite registration fee and complete registration form needs to be submitted at the school office within the stipulated time The said registration fee shall be non-refundable

Payment of fee

The fee is to be pain in the school office in 3 installments before the end of the academic session. Fee once paid is non-refundable

Payment of fee by challan shall be deposited up to the 30th of every starting month of the installment, failing which a fine of 10Rs. Rupees per day will be levied.

Any student whose name is struck-off the rolls may seek re-admission by paying the fee as mentioned in the current fee structure. If any collection charges are levied the same would be payable by the parents/guardians.

Detailed fee structure would be shared with parents only after registration of their wards for the admission process.

Rules for Admissions

The School reserves the right to evaluate the child in any of all subjects.

The school reserves the right to select or reject any application. The decision of the school authorities is final as far as granting/refund of admission concerned. Parents are requested to give an advance notice to school (at least a month prior) for the withdrawal of their wards

The tuition fee of one month shall be charged for issuing the transfer certificate in lieu of the above.

Full installment is chargeable for any withdrawal in the middle of that particular period. In case supporting documents are found to be inadequate the school management reserves the right to cancel the admission.
